It was 1985 when hotshot cop Kosuke Kyogoku, an unconventional guy whose passion helped him solve numerous cases, suffered an accident and fell into a coma as he pursued the vicious criminal Kagura.
In June of 2015, after 30 long years, Kyogoku suddenly wakes up to a world that has moved on without him. What he last knew as a 22-year-old body is now 52. Everything around him has changed, almost as if he had time-traveled. His beloved wife is remarried and living a new life with his daughter.
As fate would have it, Kyogoku is paired with Ryota Mochizuki, a timid digital geek neophyte cop with whom he will have to pursue the same old heinous criminal Kagura from 30 years ago.
